Soo, when I was under 18, I ran some sites and my mother helped me as she was a web programmer. We fixed an adSense account in her name but with my email, so I could earn something over my weekly allowance :P.

Now I am over 18, and I wonder, can I transfer the ownership of the account to me? Her name on the cheques will probably be a hinder at the bank, and the account already have some $70 in it. Also it would be easiest if I could keep the adcode.

You think this would be possible, or would I have to wait out till $100, then create a new account?

But isn't that for fixing misspellings? If I change it to a complete different name, wont Google be suspicious and ban me for breaking the ToS?

READ what it says on that page and is it not that you have "taken over the company"?
