There is no secret. You need to work hard and build a website with content people will be interested in that's not against the Adsense Policy or you can always purchase one. Although, there's no guarantee that you will make money right away and I recommend that you start placing ads only when your website starts getting sufficient traffic.

Just to add.. The Adsense Forum at Tycoon Talk contains more than enough information to help you and when that fails, there's always Google.com. Don't waste money on a teacher that shows you blackhat tips on how to lose your Adsense account without rightfully knowing,

Adsense is tough for beginners! A beginner needs a lot of researches and studies before started making money in adsense, but it is worthy for the long run.

yep you can make alot of money through adsense. there are no hidden secrets behind adsense. all you have to do just follow adsense guidelines and policies. thats it. i have proofs. i get paid every month..
