I am new in the field of websites, and little hesitating to post this thread amid of such genius web masters. I have created one on Freewebs - http://www.freewebs.com/reliableopportunities/
I want to know weather I can apply for Google Adsense for this site? And if selected they will give HTML or Java code. How can these codes be put on the instant website? Please anyone help and guide me. If you have time please visit the Freewebs site and find if there is any option for it. And if you have any opinion or idea that I can implement to improve this site, then tell me please.

You would have to read through their TOS and then apply to find out. They give you JavaScript and I'm not sure if you can use it with FreeWebs.

Yes, it's okay to place ads on a page that's hosted for free. The only problem I can see with your site is that it only seems to have one page. I'd recommend building your content a little more before applying.

I'm afraid your site with freewebs will not be accepted by google

(Im sure you would of been told this before), but if you are serious about bnecoming a webmaster, you should really consider buying some decent web hosting, some are as little as $2 per month, and they are just so much better, better stats, bandwidth, everything.

I was on free hosting for a long time and switched to paid 6 month or so ago, and its just much much better.
