Has anyone done this? I am not quite sure I understand googles TOS as far as ads from CJ goes? Or vice-versa, will CJ say no, you cant do it because you have adsense running?
Yes, putting Adsense and CJ on the same page is fine.

It's hard to say which one has higher revenue potential. Adsense pays for every click, so on a high-paying keyword, it would probably be worth more. If you have traffic that is highly optimized for a specific product, however, CJ might do better. It depends greatly on your individual website and your traffic.
