Why if I got 7 Click I got $0.00 Shekels Quetzales Pesos... ??

teh day before I got 5 bucks from like 3 clicks...

no money for my clicks? what?

They think the clicks come from yourself, a friend or people who have already clicked adverts recently.

It might also be that the click was on one of the public services ads so the click is recorded, but there's no money involved.
