If you mean can you add the same (or different) adsense layouts with the same account id to other sites in your control, the answer is yes. Once you and the site you submitted to Adsense have been approved as a publisher you can use the same ID on many sites.

Bear in mind though that if one of those sites contravenes the guidelines of allowed sites the whole account will be banned.

so to be clearer...

I can add the same adsense id code on for example:

www.mysite1.net
www.site2.com
www.homemysite.org

but the sites don't have to be about porn or ther subject not allowed by google, right?
