I'd be inclined to say "no", just because you're running 3 AS blocks. Each block after the first tends to generate lower-paying ads than the one before it, so if people are clicking on your third ad block, you're gonna get bugger all in return.
However, that's one you'd really have to test and measure. Use the Adsense channel tracker by putting a channel ID code for each of those ads to see which group pays off the most (I bet you'll find it's the top one.)
