no! i have a friend that banned in adsense, i have blogs 4 and 3 site domains that links to his site for a year, but my adsense code doesnt hurt.. but my suggestion is do not attempt to put your adsense code inside a banned site. this is my opinion based on my experience

I think you can put ads as another publisher on site of banned publisher beacuse i heard cases of banned publisher on ad revenue sharing system but the original publisher and other users has not been banned.
You might not get banned by AdSense, but having a backlink from a banned site will hurt you link profile and hurt the ranking of your site and pages. I wouldn't recommend getting links from banned sites.
