I know I should not use Adsense and YPN on same web page. But can I use both of them on same website. I mean on different pages.

Lets' say I have 100 pages in my site and on 50 pages YPN and 50 pages adsense.

Yes you can use them on different pages.

Adsense recently Updated their terms to allow other contextual ads on the same page as adsense. Though YPN still don't allow it.

The TOS has changed a bit. It allows you to have other contextual ads from other networks on the same page with Google.

Swinger is right. Google just changed the TOS this week I think and you can use AdSense and other contextual ads on the same page. It just has to be clear that the other ads are not AdSense so you might have to make them look a little different.
