i did not get the pin code for google code. i earning some money from adsense. but when i ask for withdraw order, they ask for pin code. where i can get?

Email google and tell them you didn't recieve the PIN number.

You also need to earn $50 from AdSense before they'll send you a pin and you'll need to earn $100 before you can get any money.

The PIN is mailed to your house, this can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Once your account balance reaches $50, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be generated and sent via first class mail within 3-5 days. You can view the date it is generated by clicking the Please enter your PIN link on your Payment History page. After your PIN is mailed, you should expect it to arrive within 2-4 weeks, but it may take longer to reach you depending on the postal service in your location.
If you do not receive your PIN, you can request a replacement PIN 3 weeks after the previous PIN is generated.
