I have an Adsense account which is running quite well, which belong to my name.

I Want to open a new account for Adsense, can i open a new account with my name with different userID? Is it permissible from Google Adsense?

Actually i have 5 and more websites, but i couldn't track the revenue amount, so i want to do this.

Or, Is anyway can i track the revenue ammout from different sites with my same Adsense account(i have not discovered yet)?

I don't think you are allowed to create more then 1 account at google adsense.

1 account only

Yeah channels are the way to go. You should also be using channels to track different ad placements.

you can have more than one account if they are for different business, but if you just want to monitor revenue etc from different sites use channels

i think having the second adsense account is a reason for banning . you can try channels to track your earning

Did you suddenly have second thoughts about publishing the sites you have two accounts for ???
