Is it possible to del adsense account ??? one of my friend wants to delete his account actualy he is shifting to canada for masters degree .... he tried changing country but its not allowed ... so he is planing to delete his account and make a new one with his new address ...

and which address should we email to .... any specific email id .... or the normal one for google adsense ???
