Does Google Allow Pop Ups Like PayPop ?

The TOS Tells Differently But Some Forums And Site With Adsense Are Using It Any Clarification ?

Definitely not, and it is stated very clearly in the Google's TOS.

You cannot have Google adsense on popup-ed pages but you can always have Google and some other ad network on the same page and other ad network can show the pop-up window.

You cannot have popup as they are spyware google will ban your account in 2 days if u use those..
