Your top one will probably work pretty well, but the one on your right is too far removed and separated from the content.

Your right ad really sticks out try to blend it into your site.

The right ad is still too far out away from your page content. You need to bring it closer into your page i.e. shift into the left so that it falls under your banner with the other content.
The next thing you should do is change the background color of the ad unit so that it blends in with the rest of your page.

I don't see any other ad units on your page so you may want to put another skycraper beneath that one to maximize your space.
