So, I'm trying to figure out whether or not www nicehowmuch com violates the adsense TOS. I'm not sure if the idea behind it is considered "mature" content, although my gut feeling is that it is not. No porn is allowed, etc.

I think this might violate TOS because it's definitely adult. It doesn't have to be porn to violate TOS. The site cannot have "mature" or "adult" content. But it's interesting because the way the site is crafted might bypass adsense filters, but if someone from adsense did look at it they would definitely consider it a violation.

Regardless of anyones opinion here, the final decision would be with the Adsense team.

So just email them and ask.

Oh there's porn on there. You just have to look. There's at least one picture of a girl fingering herself.

Besides, the site runs Adbrite, not Adsense. They're two different companies, and Adbrite tends not to care too much.
