A while ago I saw a tool online somewhere that helps find keywords relative to a three word phrase. And then displays how many times that keyword was searched for last month.

Adwords has some keyword help.
But looking for more advanced.

The site is a tile contractor site for home improvements involving tile installation for floors, walls, counters, backsplashes, and bath remodeling. And also tile retail.
