I've set up a local business AdWords on Google map (as well as my main adwords) but it only shows if I click on the map itself.

If I search google.co.uk for: storage leeds

about the 3rd result down there's a Google map result. If I click on the map itself my ad shows at the bottom in the sponsored links (McCarthys Storage World). If instead I click on the “Local business results for storage near Leeds” link or the “More results near Leeds” link my ad doesn’t show with the others on the right. Normally theres only one “Excess Baggage Ltd.”

Any help would be great it’s driving me mad!

few more details may help

is the campaign using

broad match, exact match, negative keywords etc etc

Keywords are

business storage leeds
leeds storage
secure self storage in leeds
secure self storage leeds
secure storage in leeds
secure storage leeds
self storage in leeds
self storage leeds
storage in leeds
storage leeds

no "exacts". no negatives.

Right now the ad’s keyword (on a new campaign) are:

business storage
records storage
secure self storage
secure storage
self storage
storage

with a tight location to leeds. I was trying to get it to work. Neither setup worked.
