Hi guys, wonder if any of you can answer this for me..

I run a carpet cleaning business, and so have started getting to grips with a ppc campaign, with google.

I have a number of keywords, such as carpet cleaner

now lets say I have picked a number of geographic locations for the campaign, lets say for san diego county..

Do I have to list the key words, for each geographic location..

ie

carpet cleaner lemon grove
carpet cleaner Chuls Vista
carpet cleaner spring valley..etc etc

even if I have selected those areas as campaign locations.

And if I do, should I then set it up as follows

campaigns carpet cleaning

add group lemon grove
Chulas Vista
spring valley

Campaign upholstery cleaning

add group lemon grove
Chulas Vista
spring valley

Campaign hard surface cleaning etc etc

What way is the best, to keep costs low, to get more clicks and maximum conversions??

Thanks

Guys

Sorry, but it's a question without an answer

You will have to test it.

There simply isn't a way to answer,

without actually running the campaign.

There are so many variation and combinations.
You may have an exact match word/phrase that gets clickthroughs but never converts because your landing page is rubbish and wouldn't convert if it was the only place in the world to buy the product from. Then at the other end of the scale you could have a broad match campaign that had a landing page so good that it converted every hit.

the only criteria for a "good" campaign is one that makes more money than you spend and this could be acheived in so many ways.
