Hi there I know its possible to catch search terms from the referer with normal organic search terms. Im wondering if the same is possible for adwords? I need to capture the search terms used and log it into a leads program. Thanks

You should use Search Query Report to obtain what you want.

Click on the Reports Tab,
Create a New Report
Select the Search Query Report
and then select the date range, campaign, then press okay.
