I have Google adwords set up for a few of my sites. One, which gets a lot of traffic, and the others not so much. Two of the sites I have the same key words plugged into it, but one has a higher cost per click. Why is that?

Exactly. Also, Page Impression plays a good role as well with the CPC.

Quality? Like of the website? If there is a more appealing website its more expensive then the other?

Actually the better the quality of the landing page the lower the click cost is.
