Optimize in competitor benchmark in proper way is very important for PPC job, that’s what I know. But I have no sufficient knowledge about competitor benchmark and how to optimize. Any tool is available for that.

There are tools like SEMrush, spyfu which will give you what your competitors are doing but they cost a little high..
