I setup an Adwords account by using a google $100 coupon. I have a couple questions about this:

Just wondering if I can get another adwords coupon and tack it on the one I have now?

If they don't allow another coupon - what if I wanted to pause the campaign(s) - will they still charge me for leaving my account open? I really don't want to use it now - maybe down the road.

Nope, vouchers are for use with new accounts only.

If the campaign is paused and therefore not running ads, there will be no charges.
Only the clicks are charged.

If I recall correctly coupons have to be applied to an account within 30 days of creating the account.

i usually make new account, with vcc and coupon, I have 4 different adword account, and all run good (not banned), if voucher in 1 account already gone, i canceled the account and make another new.
