Ad Manager is great 99.9% of the time; it's the .01% of the time I scratch my head..
Ok- I am an Administrator and run reports for others who have "executive privledges". One of the Executive's (on the sales force) has an e-mail adress that is associated with Google, can access Ad Manager via this e-mail adress but... When I send out a report it goes to a different e-mail adress (hotmail) that I beleive was associated with Ad Sense some time ago.
I cannot find the screen within Ad Manger to clear this other e-mail adress out?? Nor can I figure out why reports are going there as it was never associated with Ad Manager before?? Has anyone ever experienced something like this? Any suggestions on what I should do here would be greatly appreciated...
Please help if you've had experience with this!
