Click Fraud using Proxy Servers

I have a problem with a competitor clicking on my Adwords ads. I have a Click Fraud system on our AdWords accounts and have blocked their IP addresses.
I now believe they are using Proxy Server sites to click our ads. Is there a way to block proxy server sites from clicking on our ads?? Any help would be great.

Not sure how you would do it. Maybe one way is to pause your ads for a month then see what happens. But if your relying on Adwords to get income in - not really sure.

I often thought this myself - can anyone help???

Have you reported this to Google? I think Google has a mechanism to detect click frauds. Contact them.

You should fight back. Go over to digitalpoint and contract a hacker to take down their site in return.

Blocking proxies can be easy if you find the right tool for the job. I personally know how frustrating it can be to deal with spam and abusive users and it's a great idea to prevent access from all types of proxies to your website. This can prove to be exceptionally beneficial if you run an e-commerce site, too.

1. Can you please specify the percentage of fraud clicks in total amount of clicks?
2. Did you receive refunds form Google on Adwords billing information page?
3. Did you contact Google support team?

Actually, that tactic of your competitors isn’t a good idea for them, because with number of clicks you are receiving better CTR. As a result improved QS and lower CPCs. In return competitors are reducing their own CTR.
