I had a voucher of 75$ and the total amount spent for my campain was 129 dollars. It seems a little unfair, there is no notice for when your voucher credit ends. I did not now I was out of credit and now i have to pay 59 dollars ! I do not have that amount available and i don't want adwords to take that amount from my credit card !
Is there anything that can be done ?
Please help me, i am desperate !

How can i declare myself bankrupt without them checking my credit card ?

Sounds to me like you owe them $59. You may call it unfair, but its the basis of EVERY promotion out there where the company lets you try it for free for a while but takes you credit card up front. It's a very common practice. It was your responsibility to monitor to the spend and to pause the accounts when you were nearing the end of your free trial.
