My Account gets suspended as one of websites I am advertising about has not unique landing page contents or something that violating the rules of adwords that I have disable the ads that may result of that, is there any chance to appeal for reinstated for account to make it active again?

i dont know but try to write to google why you had to do what you did that was the cause of your ban. then request then you wont repeat it and see what happens

I think you're pretty much screwed. Once your Adwords account is suspended, it is practically impossible to get it reinstated.
