Adwords coupons are typically non-transferable can only be used on NEW accounts by NEW customers.
Also they cannot be used by existing Adwords users to open new accounts, so by NOT allowing them to be sold in the open forums we go a little way to protecting our members from getting their account(s) closed.
There is a marketplace where we expect users to pay due diligence to what they are looking at.
