It could be a few things Gerry...
Are you promoting your own domain or are you promoting an affiliate program?
I'm assuming it's still active and Google hasn't made your keywords inactive?
Are your ads still getting impressions? And at what position?
How much higher is your budget? If you have a low budget, Google will slow your ad serving when it gets close... I always set my budget super high. It won't mean I'm spending it, but I can be sure my ads are being served as much as possible.
