they made it there through luck... and through ignoring googles alleged "terms" (which the editors seem to do a lot themselves)
when it prompts you "this is unacceptable content please see our policy blah blah", just click Request an exception
the majority of the time you will be fine - but most people dont try because they see the exception, and go "oh no, I cant do it"
requesting an exception will v often do the job
