I want to use Google Adwords program for advertising my website.

Main income source of my website is Google Adsense Program.

I invest money for Google Adwords. Can I get good return from Google Adsense program?

Please solve my problem using your experience.

I wouldn't think so. Think about it this way. In order to get traffic you need to pay for each click. Since you're only making money from people clciking on what will be similarly priced ads and not getting all the money for those ads you'd not only need every one of the people who click on your adwords ad to click on one of the adsense on your site, you'll probably need a lot more.

It doesn't mean you can't use AdWords, but I think many people have tried this kind of thing and the numbers just show it won't work.

Its all depend on what ROI calculator you use. If you plan it such that you get members from adwords and they will add some quality to your site and that will last when you stop the adwords then you could be on the benefit side.

It all depends on what keywords your site targets. If you have high-paying keywords, well this may work. Otherwise, I'm afraid you have to figure out other ways to get traffic to your site.

Right, but you'd essentially be bidding on the same keywords for which you have ads displaying so you would most likely be bidding somewhere around the same as what the advertisers on your site are bidding. The main difference being that you would be paying the fill price for each click, but only collected a part of the price of a click.

That doesn't mean you can't use AdWords and AdSense together, but I don't think it works out where you can directly send AdWords people to your AdSense and make money. You would need to do more on your site and get other traffic as well.

I use adwords and adsense with the same account.

I definitely think you can use both. I just think if your business model is to use AdWords soley to drive traffic to AdSense and the AdSense is going to be your only form of revenue it's going to be a losing battle. Maybe it can work, but the numbers seem to indicate it can't.

I have tried ads to generate some income..but so far money is only going out of my pocket not into it. Sucks big time.

How did you get it to work exactly? If you don't mind sharing that is.

its very unlikely it would work, esp if your sole income source is adsense (its called adsense arbing and its v difficult in practice, esp when you are trying to do it with an existing, not completely optimized site)

If you have some lock in of users and or multiple, multiple return visits, then long term visitor value might make sense - but, alas, probably not

sarpas2005@ yah . . . There are ONLY 2 reasons you would use adwords for an adsense income site:

1. that your niche in the website is so good, that one click in your site will earn you 20 in adwords. OR

2. you are selling a nice, profitable product good luk!

i dont suggest you to do that . in my opinion , it's very difficult
