I've got the problem with Adwords.
We have Adwords campaigns for Adult Dating site.
There are about 50000 adult dating targeted keywords in our account.
The main problem that the 70-80% of our keywords are inactive:
"This keyword isn't showing ads.
An Adult classification is preventing your ad from showing."
Google Support as usual answers quotes from help "use more targeted keywords, etc"
We tried to use Family Safe Ads. The most of our keywords are still inactive.
Have anybody faced with similar problem? What we need to do?

you need to create a better "quality score" for your landing page. Use better targeted keyword on the landing pages that coincide with your ppc kws that are inactive in order to increase the quality score.
