I am looking for a really good Ad-Words "EBOOK". Can anyone recommend one to me, they consider something anyone who is just learning, shouldn't be without?

Few days back i bought Andrew Goodman's book. But one or two months before there was no paypal option.

I have no credit card and I contacted them twice and got no reply. Usability? Accessibility? Increase ROI?

And also members area login is not working. pwd mentioned in that book. have to contact them.

But now they have paypal option in their checkout process.
