Overlaps keywords statement

Hi, when adding keywords i often get this in google adwords

going home(to be added)
Minimum bid: £0.03
Overlaps with: [going home], "going home"

This is just an example. Surely each term typed into google will produce different results and rankings?

What is best to do here? Leave as is or delete one?

If delete, then which one?

[going home] is a exact match and with "going home" being a phrase match there will be overlap.

Ads for "going home" will be shown for an exact match ( [going home] ) as well as for search phrases such as;
I'm going home
going home to bed

Phrase matching will get more impressions but can get less qualified clickthroughs so will reduce ROI for the ads.
Exact match will get less impressions but clickthroughs are more targeted so are more likely to lead to a conversion.

Thanks for reply. Now would having all 3 have any negative effect on my adgroup as in causing CPC to be higher?

Just wondering because when the estimated costs quotation said it was overlappgin and i deleted it, the estimated ad position went up on the keywords it said were being overlapped
