I run a high traffic hip-hop site, The OtherGround ( TheOG.net), which is in need of a serious redesign. It's currently driven by PHP-Nuke, but I'm in the process of rewriting the backend to better serve the needs of the site. Unfortunately, I am a web developer, not a web designer. We ( TheOG.net) are looking to outsource the frontend design of our new site. In other words, we need someone to come up with the layout, all graphics, and associated HTML+CSS for the redesign.
