Agreed, Though if someone truly wants to scrape or rip a design, they can do it with a water mark as well.

I just hate having to devalue the essence of a design with a watermark.

At any rate, it happens every once in a while to all designers. The best defense is catching them with it & filing a DMCA. At that point their host & ISP are notified of the infringement filings & the person risks losing their hosting & isp service while still being required to remove said design from their site.

Some hosts & isp's will still ban the individual, seeing that aiding copyright infringement has a heavier fine & not worth the $5.00 - $35.00 per month fee the infringing client pays per month for services.

Under international treaties, the same rules apply. As you can tell, I've been through this before & all the above have happened to the infringer.

Not really a big deal, just more aggravating to have to go through all the paperwork.

Scorpion, but its been my opinion that 75% of people that rip other stuff, will NOT take the time needed to make it clean if the watermark is truely dont correctly. It wont be an easy fix for them and they will surf longer till they find an easier rip.

I have to say that this entry is my favorite at this point.

Im wondering how that unfinished floor will fit into the design, but im very impressed. I may have to have you make more of that floor to make it match the design if we end up working together..

the floor was just to do 2 things.

- Help me level the safe and the thief
- Give it additional design for my portfolio

I can remove, or added to it of course etc.

I must admit your on the right path to doing great work yourself,
Handdrawing then vectorizing is how i do all my work for llustrations.

Very Nice Steveorm3l, I have seen some of your work on other forums as well & I must say that you are Great competition for me. We both seem to enjoy hand drawing for originality & then vectorizing.

Beautiful illustration, of course I like mine better because I'm the one that did it

.

I think I'm going to enjoy competing with you in future events, kind of gets the creative juices flowing again & motivates to better oneself.
