I have no idea how much to offer in a contest for 1 Banner ad and 1 block ad..

Can you give me what you would normally charge for a static, animated and or flash banner ad and block ad.

Soon as i can see how much the going rates are ill start my contest here.

For a static banner, I would charge between 40 and 60 USD....

The cost is ultimately up to what you want to pay and what someone is willing to do the work for. Theoretically you could do 20 bucks for each banner but that doesn't mean many people will want to enter but you never know.

This is the wrong forum for your question, but you have received some answers. And as was stated, you could make the contest for as little as you like, but you might not get participants.
