Graphic Design Contests

I posted this briefly before, and shall run a separate contest as indicated.

I founded a charity several years ago in my free time. www.charityhelp.org

We desperately need a new logo/corporate image. It needs to match what we do and how we do it.

Feel free to peruse the site and the types of projects we are involved with. The only color scheme we are somewhat interested in keeping is the Orange, Blue, and Green in the logo. And it is not a must, if you have other color scheme ideas, by all means go for it.

We would like the logo to be very professional, with clean lines and a bold statement, whether graphical or textual.

It needs to fit our persona. We are a technology based charity, with only virtual offices in the U.S. We partner with local projects around the world, providing support for their projects. Generally speaking, we work with Women's rights and Children's education projects. We run schools, charities, education centers, orphanages, and are looking at some related projects around the world.

We are somewhat similar to a united way but where we differ is we expect and encourage supporters to actually get involved in the projects they contribute to. Both in ideas, working with them, and contributing to them. We work with small groups and allow for the groups and the contributors to control and contribute as much as the IRS allows. Think of us as a combo of Habitat for Humanity (the way they include use of people to get their projects done) and United Way (working with many different projects)

The 90x90 size was just put there because I had to put something. We are open to various logo sizes and shapes.

At first I was thinking "Well of course, he asked for it." Then I realized that 90X90 is incredibly small.

Hell, I've seen bigger avatars.

I second the recommendation that you're probably going to want a bigger size. I'd also recommend getting 2 versions: One at the size that you will use and one really huge one just in case you need it later.

Sorry for the slow feedback.

The flower isn't doing it for us. Would like something that had a little more broad and professional of a scope. We are a very focused charity in what we provide, and I don't really feel it expresses the types of things I specified it what it needed to convey.

a little info about the logo:
I tried to emphasize the helping children part of your organization. Like in the original one, the different colours of the figures represent the international part. I used the sun for the 'i' to flow with the figures as an outdoor, fun activity by bringing the 'charity' and 'help' together, which is what your organization does.
