could any1 draw a spotlight (using white) in a 11px by 11px area (like an icon) with a maroon (#800000) background.. the one on my site is kinda weird looking right now.. look at it.. http://www.bicstar.com

PS: as u can see the area on the box is 13x13 but i want to have a 2 pixel padding from the border...
