My early thoughts..... steveorm3l definitely has the right idea with regards to adding an image mark into the design to make it stand apart but I feel that it is a bit busy for what "I" was looking for but it is clearly the best and most complete that I've seen thus far...... Text/font wise I believe blakehaven is on the right track and I tend to agree with the insight behind his choices, I'm not certain if I like the modern font on Level rather then an arcade font quite yet but this is a very good start.

Also what do you find to busy about it? So i can fix that. Thanks

I will withdraw my design, if you feel it's a threat... but just to let you know, I had no intention of copying your idea.
Also, an arcade usually has 6 buttons, so I got the idea from there...

and in the 80s, they only had 2-3 buttons (think packman), now they have lik 6 buttons max i think.

anyways next time please review the entries that ppl have submitted to avoiid thisd kind of dispute again..

These particular colors work well on a dark background, as reflection shows better. But as stated before, I can change the color to anything, to fit the background.

Exactly...Its not like he took the exact thing...So I didn't see any issues either. And even so I am not worried. Thats what a contest and competition is all about.
