Welcome to the second Webmaster Talk template design contest! These will be monthly contests where all you have to do is to make a design/template following the guidelines given. Each month there will be a prize to the winner. It's easy to enter, and you've got 2 weeks to make a design!
It's very simple, all you have to do is to design a layout for a site meeting the following requirements:
* The site is to have a "general topic" theme. It can be anything you like. Sales site, fan site etc. Just make a design!
* The design must be an original work. You can not copy someone elses graphics
You should design a template for the site. It should be based around the details above. To enter, simply post a link to the design in this thread before the closing date and you will be entered. You may enter as many times as you like.
Submissions should be received by: 23:59 on July 27th

There will be one winner who will receive $25 worth of advertising on Free Webmaster Help (no adult or gambling sites)

RULES

* Each contest will last 2 weeks. A date and time will be specified for all submissions to be received by. No submissions will be accepted after this time.
* Each judge will choose 3 top sites and rank them 1 to 3. The judges choices will be compared and the overall winner announced. Judges decision is final.
* Each design must match the theme and include the image (if provided) for the contest
* Designs must be provided as HTML files. Image only designs are not allowed, they must be sliced.
* Any user may submit as many designs as possible
* Designs can only be submitted by posting a link to them in the thread
* All images used must be legal
* Any design not complying with the rules or guidelines will not be considered
* If any rule or guideline is changed during the contest, and designs submitted before this will be judged based on the old rules
