Graphic Design Contests

Hi, I am building a web site and it looks well boring - brighten it up for me!!! The main colour is blue, but u can add backgroundfading photos, textured backgrounds - any thing to make it look alive and looking gorgeous. The site is a real estate. The logo has to stay the same and page header is 'Axarquia Real Estate S.L.'
Also i will need to keep the spanish flag and english flag for changing lanugage but this can be moved around.
Site is done in CSS but i need you to bring it to life!
Prize is 40$ that will be sent as soon as you have won.
Let me know what you think and show me your ideas. I'll be quick to tell you if i like!! Below i have added what the site looks like now, logo that is a must and a few photos u might want to add.

FOr $40 US are you wanting an image or coding? If its an image is it not better in psd format? Just asking so it's a little clearer for those wishing to participate.

image in psd format would be great or jpeg. No prob - just wanted to give as muc possibility to who ever wanted to have a go at it.

I had a great banner done on here before for 25$ - thats why i put 40$- I dont need a whole layout or anything - gosh no!
Blue banner with a bit of life in it with logo and text i mentioned.
