Logo will be used on Wallpapers Direct.

We are changing the domain name to SelectWallpaper.co.uk so the new logo should contain the words "SelectWallpaper" or "SelectWallpaper.co.uk".

Logo will be trademarked so all entries should be original work and not use images stolen from the net - you are welcome to use wallpaper images/patterns found on our site.

The colour scheme is strict (BG: #FFFFFF, Font Colour 1: #9C0000, Font Colour 2: 0066FF) as the website design will remain identical once the domain changes.

Feedback can be provided over the next 48 hours, and the prize will be delivered within 48-72 hours of auction ending - Paypal only.

Please see our current design to get an idea of how the logo will appear on the web site

Some great submissions already

It's gone midnight over here so I'll login again tomorrow morning to provide individual feedback for each submission.

When we switch the domain we'd be interested in posting all of the contest submissions in our website news to see if our customers agree with our choice. If we keep all watermarks on the images and provide links to each of your portfolio websites is this allowed?

We'll contact all entrants by PM a little closer to the time for permission and your website link/anchor words etc if this is allowed.

Logotype #1.
I thought a single color logotype would better create a "classy" image, one that people would associate with sophisticated wallpaper, and therefore designed the logo to be only the red that you defined. A serif font adds to that classy look, while a subtle reflection contributes to the dignity of the logo. The major focus of the logo is the wallpaper brush, which provides balance, as well as the line, which gives the brush a sense of movement and excitement. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, and more logos might be en route.
