Hello.

I'm looking for a dropdown menu for a website. I have one on my site at the moment (site partially done http://hamishnet.homelinux.com/~hamish/stl/) but I didn't realise that you had to pay for the script i got.

In IE, a popup appears saying that I have to register the code (nothing pops up in Firefox! )

I got that script from Dynamc Drive. It is a really nice menu, and I can make the links etc in the .js file, but I don't know how to write the script that will generate the menu - if you see what I'm talking about.

Could someone possible tell me where to get a template, or send me a similar dropdown menu (obviously, i will still refer all copyright to the owner etc.)

Thanks
Hamish

Your link didn't work, but nontheless....

EZmenu is free for non commercial use; http://web-nova.com/ezmenu.asp - it looks pretty cool and versatile, dunno how cross compatible it is, and don't think you have to add any annoying advertising to use it...

CodeThatMenu is totally free (I think), and I don't think you need any advertising for that. It claims to be very cross compatible, never tried that though, and it offers some groovy effects http://www.codethat.com/menu/

Hope I helped (it happens from time to time).

Hey

Thanks for those. I will check them out over the weekend.

pity the link didn't work. I'm having problems with my Linksys router port forwarding to my webserver.

Thanks for your help.
