Xpress: I appreciate the effort, however we liked the smoothness and "flow" of the previous S alot better. We talked about maybe a molecule could be twisted into a shape of an S or O etc. Prefereable the S, but if you have any good ideas. I hope you can make something out of it. As a small side thing, could you try and write the nanosafeguard without changing any letters and put our original half circle on this logo? I just want to see how it would look with another font.... thanks

Everybody: I am very serious about finding a usuable logo, and trying to spend a lot of time giving feedback for the various ideas. Please take my comments already given into consideration if you decide to bring a new logo into the mix.

Radeon: Not to sound harsh, but please read ALL my comments to the other designers, and you will see all the things we don't like about that logo. + spelling (-:

Im3D: I can see I did give you feedback on your first try. Please go back and see. The idea about the atom orbit not working for us. The second try is not "clean" enough, and for both tries, the font is not working. We would also like to see 2 different colors or styles for Nano and Safeguard, while still keeping it 1 word.

Beta: We don't like the font used (especially the a looks weird). Not sure how to comment on the S, as the logo itself looks good, but not at all telling about our company. If you can play around with ideas for a cool S it might be just that.

Have played about with mentioned idea of a bent or twisted molecule, which can be incorporated into the design or used as a separate iconic identity.

Bond between 2 atoms twisted in a "flowing" curve.

Hi, I have question about vector format? how do i save my stuff as vector format in Adobe Photoshop CS2? Or can vector format only be done in Adobe illustrator?

pnoiboii89 - Although Photoshop has the ability to make some vector shapes, you cannot produce a vector file with photoshop. You need a vector program like Illustrator to do that. The best way to produce a logo if you are using photoshop is to make it very large and also at a very large resolution. A vector image (like an Illustrator file) will allow someone to use the graphic for something as small as a logo on a website to something as big as a billboard, while photoshop files have their limitations (you can make photoshop files smaller without losing quality, but you can't make them bigger without losing quality.)

Xpress: Thanks for the ideas. I received good feedback about your droplet s, although I didn't like it too much. Anyway can you somehow incorporate the s into a molecule string or something? Any other good ideas for the letter S? I feel this is where the uniqueness of the logo could be.

SMG: Not liking the font in any of those idea.

Armanno: Not liking the font. I wouldn't be able to tell that it was atoms or flowing molecules unless I already knew.

Andrei: Really don't like that font. The S is only OK.
