Graphic Design Contests

Unfortunately, I am having another contest. Our non-profit has voted and has chosen to change its name.

We are now going to be called Another Avenue.

The logo design and color is up to the designer. We would like something that would look nice, professional, and reflect the name.

We do however like the colors Blue, Silver, and Black.

The logo must be resize able. I want to be able to resize the logo to any size and I want it to be able to print it to whatever we need to without it loosing any quality.

I will also need a signed release from the winner stating that we will have all rights to the logo and it was your ORIGINAL design. (We will pay for any chages to mail, etc...) So that means I want a design without ANY copy written images, and we would also like a design that wont be easy for someone to copy/steal. (If that is possible)

Question: is it possible to pay through paypal? And I dunno how I'm expected to sign (if I win) a document over the internet, but I can give you a copy of my portfolio's T&C document which states that you keep all rights to your work. Here are my entries:

I will email a document for the winner to print. The winner will sign and mail the release to our office. I am willing to send via pay pal but I would rather mail a company check though.

Anyways,

I don't really like the logo. We need something that will reflect our name. Something with maybe a road, or multiple roads???... I am not really sure.

I don't know what direction we want to go in. Any logo and any idea will be considered.

TRM, no offence but... if my entry is picked, I'm not signing/mailing anything (at-least not for 20 bucks).
I have to take into account that..
1. I have to print out the document.
2. Travel to (and from) the post office.
3. Pay for overseas postage.
With inflation what it is these days I'll probably only have a few dollars left over.

The best I can do is an E-mail (with attached copy of image) stating that i have received payment for the said logo and that its full copyright belongs to you.

I am sorry that I didnt make it clear..... The charity will pay for all that... even if you just want to print it, sign it, and fax.

We will pick up any charges u occure.

The logo is amazing... thats what we are looking for.... Lets see what other people put up.

I am sorry.... thats not what I am looking for. The word "Avenue" means "road" or path way.

I am also trying to stay away from arrows because of my pr company.

Uni, I also wanted to ask you to make the road more detailed... and can you make a B&W version so I can see what it will look like printed in black/white.
