By all means play with the layout, fonts and colors. Manipulate the icon keeping it strong and easy to identify.

We'd like the icon to be easy to graft onto clothing. Try to keep it well defined. Some contrast is good

Heres my entry, hopefully it isn't too busy but yet isn't too simple. Colors can always be changed, if the colors I used didn't fit your needs.

I also used a shirt and printed the design on it to give you a view of what it'd look like.

Here is how it'll look with the name on the ball.

Let me know what you think. I can move the corporate technologies back to the right if you'd like, but I think having it under the ball utilizes less space.

Try playing with the fonts and location of the globe keeping the swoosh.
Play with resizing the globe and perhapse using the 'A" IN the ball. Perhaps making an icon out of the A.
