Hi all,

Need a logo for a new build CV site called:- redcvs.co.uk

Thinking along the lines of perhaps the word Red in colour Red with the word CVs under it, but open to any ideas.

For an example of the Red Colour required (needs to match) - see the red square RA logo on the bottom left of the parent sites coming soon home page found at www.redadvertising.co.uk

The logo needs to look professional, quality feel about it

Look forward to seeing your ideas. The best one will be selected and payment made by paypal.

Thanks in advance

Richard

Very nice entry - like it. The black background is not for us but the first one works better. Not 100% about the rectangle with the tick but can see where you coming from in trying to make the CV bit integrate, nice idea and im going to seek further opinions on it. Will ask some collegues what they think and reply further, I also wonder if the silver colour should be changed to a gold/ yellow type colour? (although not sure as the silver does work well) its a very professional design and an outstanding entry. Would like the Red colour to match the Red we use in our other designs, but you have certainly set the bench mark with this!

Unable to run with a curly type R image on its own due to copyright by a certain publisher who uses just a leter R in that way. I can see why you have gone for a clean corporate look and its a good entry but we think the logo has to contain the words REDCvs in the bulk of the image or at least contain more than just a letter R supported by the site name due to the copyright issues. Thanks for your input

Thanks for the feedback.. I made it elegant (quality) and professional... as what u mentioned will post a while... on ur requested twist. I made 2 editions and 1 on the stationary... the silver color, turns to gold.

1:

2: This one on a new CV icon..clipped on "R".

3: This is on web banner and stationaries.

Hi,

This is the Red we use in the parent logo:-

KatesRobyn

Can you see what it looks like as a colour match with the red in the above logo image with the silver colour used on the CV part to match the colour of the word advertising?

Thanks

Richard

KatesRobyn,

Also,

One of my collegues suggested looking at the logo you did with the black background (but cut to size) removing the C off the leg and removing the redcvs.co.uk from under the line but adding the .co.uk down the leg of the R. - could you see what that looks like?

Thanks in advance

KatesRobyn,

On the black background image i mean:-

Keep the words RedCVs under the image and the line as it was before and put .co.uk bit going diagonally down the leg of the R - if that makes sense. The Image cut to being a black rectangle.

Thats the Red Colour we want - spot on.

Thanks again

Richard
