Ok.. Obviously I require to give an explaination...
As I origionally gave the initial deadline for Saturday cutoff (Midnight) and i was unavailable for most of last week, i requested to extend the contest till tuesday so I could give quality feedback on everybody and allow "everyone" to have the opportunity to get my feedback and submit their final submissions. This was meant to be fair on everyone.
After i gave this request, A member requested to finalise on Saturday. This meant that everybody did not have enough time to make changes as i only posted 24 hrs before deadline.
Once I agreed that I would end on Saturday, it went back to origional competition and i posted feedback for all graphic's. I am aware that members did not have enough time to make alterations and I apoligise for that, But I completed as requested on origional comp.
Also note: This was totally based on a testing ground for your work, so i can post additional Competitions, This means that although the work is good here, There is no income for base increases, also if I did give 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize it was unfair on others that did not have a chance to complete their work as only 3 posts were done after. I do not spend 24/7 on the internet so my time is quite limited however i did try and give as best feedback as possible. I hope this gives acceptable explaination to all. I will contact individual people if I require their completed work and offer fair compensation if required.

I don't see anything wrong with the way the contest was ended. PynkGlobal suggested to the desingers that the contest be extended in post #35. This suggestion was decided against 2 posts down in post #37
As long as the winner has been paid, and the contest holder received the winning design, I think we can consider this contest good.

Whatever, it doesn't matter to you.
He stated there would be 2 more winners, we later found out that was bull****. This site is full of ****, all the contests are a lie, there is no monitering of contests whatsoever.

Goodbye, **** forum. I suggest no more designers enter in any of these contests as it will be a waste of your time and efforts, there are lots of other forums like this, with much better monitoring and much more contests. I could obviously do much better than constantly being conned. **** all.

Not sure why i am still being pounded but here we go again...
I offered 2nd and 3rd as a simple reward as I wanted to give all contestants time to review and resibmit their work hence the extention till tuesday....
Within 2 min of the request i had a message from Ninjax asking for Saturday. As there was only 24hrs for resubmit, I cant be expected to give additional funds when the work i actually wanted updated did not get done.
I dont think i have done anything wrong in here, It is a competition and the top work was chosen and reward given. You cant get the best of both words just because of what I said and what you read can be interperated different ways. I was just trying to be fair to everyone involved by adding additional time.
This is my last post until i submit another Competition, I hope all will be interested in being involved. And again great work from everyone...

Ok No more trying to be nice and understanding... Ninjax as you were the one that requested the standard time line and i accepted it on your input, I dont even understand why you are being upset... It should be the other members that should be upset because i didnt give them enough time for resubmission. We have you to thank for that so get off my back...
just for clarification on my thoughts and to put you at ease on who would of won on what I had to work with.
MrNova won because he did exactly what i asked for to the letter.
katesrobyn would of been 2nd because her submission was excellent and by far the best. But i couldn't have her because she missed the Comedy side and missed my request for animation on the origional competition launch post. I wanted to see animation in the banner, when she ajusted the comp was closed... Any other theme on any other concept her skills are above all.
BWraysGFX would of been 3rd because although it was a bit tacky, it was funny as hell and would of been good in any part within the content side of my Blog. Vivid Lust was 4th because his character was excellect but animation was not what i was looking for.
GrFxOnE was 5th because his character was excellent but the banner was not what I was looking
Etc Etc. You were not there because i asked for animated and you made a Gif, flash is the best bang for the buck in animation so others did really interest me. I also asked for a character and you gave me a off colored cigarette. I am not promoting smoking but addicted to call centers.
Obviously you will continue to bad mouth me in here. I started in here so I could offer more challenged comps with bigger $$$ after on actual work that does give me Business value. Just get over it and move on, after all you were the one that caused this comp to end prematurely instead of giving everyone a fair go...

Pay up to the 2nd and 3rd winner. Stop claiming that I'm upset, you know I'm just pissed of that your a lier.

He didn't lie, im sorry, your just illiterate. He clearly states 2nd and 3rd place will get paid "IF" <------- there is no disputes in lengthening the contest. BUT YOU!!!! said you wanted to end it prematurely. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL A DISPUTE! Pynk has done nothing wrong, he is one of the few that came through with the payment to the winner. So please, stop ruining this forum with your rude lack of knowledged statements.
