Hi,

I need a website made for an IRC Chat site.

I would like the theme based on the site below

Well Since I have v.little knowledge therefore, you'll have to do all of the working.

oh and a decent logo too ..

is the site that needs to be designed.

and then when upon clicking the WEB CHAT Button

it should direct user to out java irc

I'm willing to pay upto $60.... Can go up depending on work..
(sorry its my first time towards something like this so please let me know if its paying up too less or high)

coded?. well i wanted the webpage desing and add some news, rules, just like a irc chat.. like that one i posted in the example!! of course with a good logo of Redhispana.org.!! and if is posible for the page to stay open for us to add more things on it.!! i hope you understand what im traying to say.!! im new at this :s but im willing to pay good for and exelent LOGO and page desing.!

In the end, would you like to receive a .jpg image of your website, or would you like an HTML version of it - which you would just upload to the server, to get started.

Sounds to me like he wants A logo designed, A websites designed, Html/css coding, A irc style chat client scripted / integrated (server side), A database set up, etc.... for $60.00

I'm not a pro in this kind of stuff but I'm sure it going to be A LOT MORE than 100$ - with coding, logo design and chat integration (hm.. maybe 10-20 times more if high quality one).

PS one logo design is 100$
PS2 want it cheap = do it yourself.

I think that we will need clarification on exactly what you will want. Only when we understand what you want, will we be able to determine if your price is fair for the work.
Do you need the entire site made and coded? Do you need all of the work done completely so that everything just works when the contest is over? Or do you just need graphics or pieces of things for the site?

ok look what im looking for is php services with a admin access to it.. and a nice logo of REDHISPANA.org here is and example of what im looking for.

and we need that for this page www.redhispana.org wich is a webchat,. the chat already exist is already there.!! now im not sure if the php needs desing to it im pretty sure it does . thats why im asking for a nice logo to go for it.!
basically what we wanna do is add more things to it when ever we want to.! im sure ones you see my example.! will give you and idea of what im talking about.!! plss if eny interest on it give me a price.! im willing to rebate.!

PSS: I WOULD THINK WHAT WE LOOKING FOR IS A BLOG. AND JUST ADD THE CHAT TO THE BLOG.!! OF COURSE WITH A NICE LOGO.!!

Alrighty, I agree with others that $60 is prob abit too on the cheap side, however, if you can give me an exact outline of what you want I might be able to give it a shot for you, we'll see how we go

So do you just want a static content website, with information on it, and a hyperlink to a Java chat room?

If this is all you need then I should be able to do this for arond $200USD, however this isn't a quote it's just an estimate, and also the price would obviously increase if you require a more technical website.
