Hello all,
I have been browsing through the usual online banner generators, but none of them give me what I want.
I did consider the flash generator one, but I need a banner for my email signatures, and for forum signatures. Flash would cause problems here.
I run a weather site based in Canada, so I am looking for an animated banner that has a weather type element (flashing lightning etc). Say around, 200x30 or so?
The words `Maritimes Weather ~ Canadian Weather Community` would be great.
Please don`t think I`m lazy by asking for someone else to do this, I just am not very artistic, in fact my brain goes dead with things like this 
If someone can help me with some suggestions, that would be very much appreciated.
